Situated just outside of Bolzano’s centre, the charming apartment “Ferienwohnung Juzer”, which is part of the “Urbanhof”, provides you with everything you need for relaxing hiking or biking holidays in this scenic area. The ground-floor apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite and cable television. Start your day with a coffee on the sunny private balcony with a wonderful view of the distinctive “Rosengarten” mountain chain and the adjacent vine stocks. From the living room and the bedroom, you have direct access to the shared garden with seating furniture, where you can enjoy the sun next to apple trees and spend the evenings after a day out in the open countryside or exploring the city. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive (1.7 km) away, as well as a winery (a 5-minute drive or 2.2 km), while restaurants and cafés can be reached after a 10-minute walk (750 m). The vibrant centre of Bolzano with beautiful streets, squares, restaurants, bars and cafés is a 12-minute drive (3.7 km) from the apartment, but it can also be reached by bus in 10 minutes. The bus stop is a 12-minute walk away. A cable car, which takes you up a mountain and past some vineyards, can be reached after an 11-minute drive (3.7 km). From there you will have an amazing view over the city and the mountain landscape. Many hiking and biking routes start close to the apartment, which are a must for outdoor enthusiasts. Merano, famous for its many spa resorts, is located a 30-minute drive (29 km) from Bolzano and is certainly worth a visit. The closest international airport lies outside of Innsbruck, across the Austrian border, and can be reached after a one-hour-and-45-minute drive (128 km).

Vineyards, Mountains, Serenity

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Apartment was clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor with a terrace overlooking vineyards, trees, mountains and snow capped peaks in the distance. The air was clean, flowers were in bloom, it was quiet in the valley. We had very good communication with the owner. Incredible place. Highly recommended!!

Bergwelt pur

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft, ganz am Ortsrand, mit direktem Blick auf die Bergwelt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und stellen kostenlos Cityfahrräder zur Verfügung, wodurch die Innenstadt bequem zu erreichen ist. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet vorgefunden. Also als Quartier wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Sonnige Erdgeschosswohnung mit Blick auf den Weingarten. Sehr ruhig, nette Vermieter. Fahrräder zum Ausleihen (zum Brötchenholen, Einkaufen oder Bozenbesuch). Bozen ist auch gut per Bus zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert.

Traumhaft

Selten war eine Ferienwohnung so perfekt wie diese. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig, die Vermieterfamilie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, es gibt Fahrräder, mit denen man in 10 Minuten in Bozen ist und die Lage mitten im Obst- und Weinbaugebiet von Gries ist wunderschön. Auch die hauseigenen Produkte sind sehr empfehlenswert!

Ideale Lage inmitten Äpfel- und Weinplantagen

Sehr schöne und äußerst ruhige Lage am Ende einer privatähnlichen Straße, doch unweit von der Stadt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, Fahrräder vorhanden. Eigener Wein und Apfelsaft wird zum Kauf angeboten.
