Ground floor apartment therefore not recommended to open windows during the hight. So apartment does not cool down in the summer heat.Location okay 10 min walk to S-Bahn. In need of some pest control too many bugs.

Wunderfull

Wonderfully situated near the water. Nice to have a parking place and for free! Garden is cosy and adds to the green Berlin experience. Overal safe feeling of the neighborhood. We had Bikes with us, that helps a lot to connect an retreat.

Modern apartment

This modern, ground floor apartment is located in a residential neighborhood that doesn’t offer much in regards to restaurants and shops. For that, one would need to take the S-Bahn which is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment includes a washing machine (good for a longer stay) and street parking is easy to find. The owner is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

Great Value!

We really enjoyed our week-long stay in this apartment! Right from the get-go, communication with Stefan was super easy and responsive...upon arrival, he greeted us, gave us a quick tour and showed us the resources that were left for us to refer to in order to help make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. The apartment was clean and very well equipped - within easy walking distance to shops and the terrific transit system which we easily took to get downtown each day. Although the apartment did not have air conditioning (which we knew in advance) and Berlin was in the midst of an unusual heat wave, we were able to open windows/doors and were appreciative of the fan that was also available. We felt very comfortable in this apartment and found it to be terrific value. Highly recommend!

Moderne Wohnung in ruhiger und zugleich zentraler Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Kaffee und Gewürze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig und es sind nur wenige Schritte zur Rummelsburger Bucht. Straßen- und S-Bahn ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Besonders gut hat uns das Ausgehviertel Nähe Ostkreuz gefallen, dass fußläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Berlin-Aufenthalt gerne wieder buchen.

Berlin Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und trotzdem ruhig in der Natur. Ideal,wenn man mal eine kleine Auszeit von der Hektik in der Stadt haben möchte. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung vorhanden.

Quirlige Bundeshauptstadt in Ruhe genießen

Ruhige Lage in direkter Nähe zum Rummelsburger See, trotzdem gute Anbindung mit der Tram 21/S3 zu Berlin Mitte. Alles vorhanden in der funktional eingerichteten FeWo was einen Aufenthalt unkompliziert macht. Das einzigste was uns störte war eine fehlende Ablage im Bad.

Schöne, ruhige Ferienwohnung

Schöne Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem mitten in Berlin

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen aber man ist in kurzer Zeit mit der Straßenbahn oder S Bahn mitten im Zentrum. Für uns war auch die Ladesäule für Elektroautos in der Nähe wichtig. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Alles soweit vorhanden was man braucht. Aldi ist auch in der Nähe.

Super Unterkunft für eine Woche

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig und ruhig gelegen. Schöne helle Wohnung. Top sind die kostenlosen Parkplätze im Wohngebiet. Wenn wir etwas kritisieren möchten, ist es eine fehlende Ablage im Bad und das Waschbecken war eher ein Gäste-WC Waschbecken.

Gute Unterkunft, sehr gute ruhige Lage

Alles in allem kann man zufrieden sein. Die Ausstattung war Ok. Leider konnte der Vermieter kaum Auskünfte zu Orten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und deren Erreichbarkeit nennen. Als Berliner in Berlin ??? Aber immer nett und freundlich. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit des ÖPNV. War unterm Strich ein schöner Aufenthalt, Danke.

Super Kurzurlaub in Berlin

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in guter Lage

Diese Wohnung ist eine ausführliche Beschreibung wert, deshalb nehme ich mir etwas Zeit: Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer absolut. ruhigen Wohngegend und doch recht zentral und gut an den ÖPNV angebunden. Die Nähe zum Rummelsburger See lädt ein zum Flanieren. Ein ALDI ist in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sauber, komfortabel und sehr zweckmäßig mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Von Geschirrspültabs bis Salz und Pfeffer war an alles gedacht. (Eine solche Ausstattung hab ich noch nirgends erlebt - bei einiger Ferienwohnung Erfahrung!) Toll fand ich die Bank vor der Tür mit Blick auf einen kleinen Park. Hier konnte man morgens die erste Frühlingssonne genießen. Nach hinten gibt es eine große Terrasse, sicher toll im Sommer. Gerne habe ich in der kleinen Berlin-Bibliothek gestöbert, Reiseführer, Bildbände, Belletristik über die Stadt! Klasse Service! Sehr praktisch, die kostenlosen Parkplätze vor der Tür. Das Auto konnten wir stehen lassen. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten Berlin von Rummelsburg aus damit gut erkunden. Kurzum wir hatten perfekte 5 Tage in Berlin - hier kann man es auch länger aushalten.

Tolles Apartment

Wir haben unseren Kurztrip nach Berlin in dem schönen Apartment sehr genossen. Es war alles vorhanden und sauber. Auch die Lage des Apartments ist super - die Rummelsburger Bucht liegt direkt am Ende der Straße, auch die Tram fährt gleich um die Ecke weg. Absolut empfehlenswert!
