Our Location – the Weinsberg Valley!

The apartment is situated in a quiet location surrounded by meadows, fields, and vineyards within a scenic and nature reserve. Our location is an ideal starting point for cyclists, hikers, and other nature and outdoor enthusiasts. Vineyards and the Paradiesberg are right next to our apartment. This is a very popular route among cyclists and hikers. Discover the Weinsberg Valley and its recreational opportunities:
Breitenauer Lake (currently closed for swimming), located about 2 km away, invites you to sunbathe in its refreshing waters; with an area of over 47 hectares, it is one of the most popular destinations in the Weinsberg Valley.
Trips to Weinsberg (10 km), Öhringen (14 km), Neckarsulm (18 km), and Heilbronn (17 km) can be easily reached by car, S-Bahn, or bicycle.
And if you’d like to get around using public transport, that’s no problem either. The nearest S-Bahn station (Eschenau) is about 1.7 km away. The S4 line takes you to Heilbronn or Neckarsulm in about 25 minutes and to Öhringen in 10 minutes.

You’ll find a living and dining room with a couch, free Wi-Fi, a TV with satellite channels, a dining table, and a desk, as well as an adjoining southwest-facing balcony and a bathroom with natural light, a shower/tub combination, and a washing machine. The separate bedroom, featuring a spacious closet and a bed (180 x 200), ensures a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. Towels and bed linens are included.
In addition, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and other extras is available for your exclusive use.
Free parking for your car and bicycles is available right next to the house. Charging your e-bikes is no problem. This saves you valuable time and additional costs.
