This property is misrepresented. It is disgusting, smelled terrible, the air conditioning wouldn't cool below 80 degrees, and was just overall dirty. We were only at the house about 15 minutes before we decided we couldn't stay there comfortably. We tried to work with the host to get a refund or discount but they wouldnt even consider it. We tried to go back and get pictures, but the host changed the door code and we couldn't get back inside the rest of the trip.Overall it was a terrible experience. We ended up having to book other hotel rooms and split our party up. This house may be OK for a college frat house, but if you expect anything nicer than that I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Hopefully this review will save someone the hassle, headache, and misfortune we had to endure. And VRBO was of ZERO help also.

We take all feedback seriously; however, we must respectfully disagree with this review. Upon receiving this feedback, our maintenance team immediately inspected the property and confirmed the AC is in perfect working order. Our professional cleaning crew also conducted a follow-up inspection and found the home to be in its usual pristine condition. We have no record of the issues described, and we are confident in the high standards we maintain for our guests.
