Room was cancelled 23 hours before I was checking in after already sending me all the check in information. I didn’t notice until next day when I was pulling up the check in I called to ask why it was cancelled. They let me know it was a system issue and this place should have never shown as available. I was left traveling on the road with 4 kids trying to find last minute accommodations. Very poor handling on renting this house
