☆ Pet Policy ☆

Pets allowed on case by case basis and there will be an additional fee. Please share ESA letter or service certificate if applicable. Pet needs like bowls, towels, poop baggies, waste bin, and litter box and scoop are located on the bottom shelf of the big kitchen cabinet. The back door has a lockable doggie door for easy in and out access. The yard is fully fenced. Do not leave pets unattended outside if they are prone to barking. Pets must be on a leash within the community space. All pet waste and excessive shedding must be removed upon check out to avoid a $200 fee.
