This house is in a perfect location! I stayed here with friends for a week and we absolutely loved it. The home is very clean, the host is very friendly and responsive. There are multiple places to get food nearby in walking distance. Only a 15 minute train ride to city center!

Wonderful family getaway

Wonderful stay at Petra’s home. Beautiful property and very easy check in and check out. Beautiful welcoming gift awaited us and very spacious and comfortable home. Convenient for travel as very near train station. Very highly recommended!

A delightful place to stay

The pictures don’t really do this place justice. It is in a delightfully leafy and quiet suburb less than 5 minutes walk from the local train station. The rooms are all a good size, the kitchen well appointed and the outdoor seating areas are great. All in all, a delightful stay!

If Petra’s place is available, book it! The home is beautiful, perfectly maintained, lots of space, and equipped with everything you could need. Petra is a wonderful, gracious hostess whose personal touches made our stay perfect.

This is a beautiful home outside the hustle and bustle of Central Munich. The living spaces are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. We loved the various outdoor areas on the days that the weather was sunny. Above all, the host is extremely responsive and helpful, and also provided coffee beans and a gift basket on arrival. Laundry facilities are straightforward and comprehensive. There’s plentiful street parking in this quiet family neighborhood and the S-Bahn station is a 5-7 minute walk. Highly recommended, we hope to return!

We stayed Sunday thru Saturday

We were gone most of the day because we were doing day trips. The day we were there during the day was very nice. We enjoyed sitting outside. The beautiful landscaping and accommodations with the outdoor daybed was wonderful. It was a great house and perfect for our family. Only problem was that it was unseasonably warm and the house has no air conditioning. Petra purchased some fans for our use which was great.

Very nice place. All as described. Clean, well-kept. Many upgrades, particularly in the bathrooms. Nicely located near the S Bahn. The stairs are a bit narrow and one needs to be careful. Many facilities available: laundry, espresso machine, bicycles (I had a great ride around Munich one morning). Quiet. Nothing bad, all good.

Ausgesprochen freundlicher Empfang bei der Übergabe Gute Tipps für die Umgebung Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt. Wohnraum gross, schön und praktisch für die mehrköpfige Familie. Topmoderne Badezimmer. Zentral gelegen, Geschäfte, Lokale und S-Bahn in Laufnähe trotzdem eine Oase der Ruhe. Und Schloss und Park Nymphenburg zu Fuss erreichbar.

House was Beautiful

The house was beautiful and the owners were amazing. They were very sweet and communicative and also had a great welcome gift upon arrival. Our only issues were the two showers - they are beautiful but not efficient. You need to squeegee and wipe down the whole bathroom after each shower. Also the stairs can be difficult for constantly going up and down and also carrying your luggage up and down.

Beautiful property in excellent location

The house is stunning with spectacular large windows set in a gorgeous cared for garden. The host Petra went out of her way to make us comfortable and welcome. The house was immaculate and the beds so comfortable with crisp hotel standard sheets. You feel that you are in someone's home although there is absolutely no clutter rather than rental. The location is superb. It is right next to the best park in the city. The bike routes into the centre are easy and I hear the transport is too. I highly recommend . Its very versatile so you can have less bedrooms and make them offices as lovely large desks available or they make the most comfortable bedrooms. Views from the top floor during a storm better than anywhere.
