Ideale Wohnung um Köln zu erkunden

Die Wohnung ist mit gutem Mobiliar ausgestattet, die Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig. Sie liegt gut verkehrlich angebunden an der Tram. Auch ein Radverleihpunkt ist vor der Haustür. Es ist ruhig, es sei denn, die Kölner Fortuna fährt im nahegelegenen Südstadion einen Sieg ein. Am besten einfach in die Freude mit einstimmen. Ansonsten kann man vom Balkon aus sogar manchmal Bussarde beobachten. Wir haben den Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen. Die Betreuer sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob geht an die Putzfrau.

Very good and clean efficiency apartment. The communication about check in was done in the day prior which could have been better. Minor issues that need some upkeep but overall a good solid rental. No major surprises and everything was usable as expected.

Gute Lage mit ausreichender Ausstattung

Wir waren zu dritt eine Woche dort um uns Köln anzugucken. Check-in hat uns ein freundlicher Mann begrüßt, alles erklärt und noch einige Dinge erzählt was man in der Stadt machen kann. Wohnung lag etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, was nicht schlimm ist, da man mit der S-Bahn in der Nähe oder Uber-Fahrer alles erreichen kann. Wohnung war von der Ausstattung ok, nur sollte die Mikrowelle erneuert werden, da sie sich nicht weiter als auftauen drehen lässt und eventuell eine kleine Kaffeemaschine dazu holen. Möbel sind zum Teil altmodisch, aber da kann man drüber weg sehen, da man eh nur unterwegs ist. Alles in einen, wenn man Köln besuchen will und eine Unterkunft sucht, kann man sich dort gut unterbringen lassen.

Great apartment in a convenient location for Koln

My family and I (3 adults and one 15yr old) comfortable stayed in the apartment for 5 nights and wished we had stayed longer. The facilities were excellent even in the heat wave and the tram stop 1 min up the road made it very easy to get into Koln city centre within 20 minutes. The beds and shower were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was a small balcony which gave a lovely view into the distance as the apartment was in the 3rd floor. Also there was a drying rack to allow our freshly washed clothes to dry that didn’t go into the dryer. The owner (Arndt) spoke perfect English and was very helpful before and during the stay. There was rentable parking outside the block through Ampido which was straight forward to book.

Unfortunate interaction

Without instructions on how to meet the property manager we were 7 minutes late., as we were standing outside waiting. He was angry, condescending and rude. It ruined a trip I have waited 30 years to take my children on.

Gerne wieder, aber hoffentlich mit besserem Check-in

Die Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz für 5 Personen, wobei das Schlafzimmer mit den drei Betten zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und persönliche Gegenstände bietet. Das Bad ist sauber und dank des Fensters gut zu lüften, die Duschwanne ist komfortabel. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Küchenutensilien, die wir jedoch nur teilweise genutzt haben, da wir nicht gekocht haben. Wlan funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Straßenbahnanbindung in die City ist top. Wir konnten trotz angekipptem Fenster gut schlafen, obwohl die Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus vorbeifährt.

Wohnung ok

Die Wohnung liegt an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße und direkt vor der Tür fährt etwa alle 10 Minuten die Straßenbahn entlang. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man schnell in die Innenstadt fahren kann, der Nachteil ist, dass es dadurch recht laut ist. Auch die ganze Nacht hindurch. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach vorne raus, mit geschlossenem Fenster geht es. Nach hinten raus ist es ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick ins Stadion und ins Grüne. Das Mobiliar ist ziemlich zusammengewürfelt, das macht die Wohnung ein wenig ungemütlich. Die Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Sie wirkte insgesamt etwas schmuddelig und auch verwohnt, eine ordentliche Grundreinigung und frische Farbe wären mal wieder nötig. Allerdings waren wir viel unterwegs und haben uns nicht so viel in der Wohnung aufgehalten, damit war es in Ordnung. Leider musste ich auf die Rückzahlung meiner Kaution 10 Tage warten, obwohl schon am Abreisetag offensichtlich in der Wohnung alles in Ordnung war. Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung. Der Kontakt und die Übergabe der Wohnung verliefen freundlich und unkompliziert.

Perfekt für ein Wochenende (oder auch länger) in Köln

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen - moderne Ausstattung und mit allem was man braucht. Toll war es, dass die Betten bezogen waren und Handtücher zur Verfügung standen. Auch die nötigen Kleinigkeiten wie Fön, Spülmittel, Gewürze etc., die man sonst selber mitbringen muss, standen zur Verfügung. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, da unsere Tochter in der Nähe wohnt. Die U-Bahn haben wir zwar nicht benutzt, ist aber fußläufig erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und wurde kurzfristig über SMS bzw. Telefonat mit Kamila abgesprochen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
