Great apartment highly recommended

Despite the great reviews my expectations were exceeded. Lovely, comfy apartment 20 mins taxi from the airport. Little way out of town, but close to the river where there's a lovely walking path. 15 mins walk from a great little supermarket. Hosts were excellent, it was very private and cosy. Note there are steep steps to navigate to access the apartment.

Ideal spot for business stay in Cologne

The property was very well appointed, modern and spotlessly clean, in a quiet area. Communication with Tim, the owner, was very good. Less than 10 minute walk to the tram, line 7, for easy access to Cologne centre in approx. 20 minutes. Only negative was the very steep stairs. No problem for us but elderly or disabled people would struggle.

A nice stay in a nice neighbourhood with nice host

The house looked same as in the photos, the host was suoer helpfull throughout our stay and let us check-in early to the apartment. The neighbourhood is very calm and the grocery store and tram stop are just a 10min walk away. During summer time I wish this apartment would have a fan/ac in each room as we were sleeping doors closed so one fan did not cool this attic apartment down so well. The river is close by and the tram takes you to downtown in like 20min, so this is a really convenient place to stay even without a car.

Liebevoll eingerichtete, sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung. Unkomplizierter und sehr fürsorglicher Gastgeber. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, nur viel Lob. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unterkunft für unsere Karnevalstage 2025

Als ehemalige Kölner waren wir mit zwei Freundinnen im rechtsrheinischen Köln. Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern war perfekt. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was für einen Kurzurlaub nötig ist. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, zweckmäßig und mit Wohlfühlcharakter.Das Haus gehört den Eigentümern erst seit zwei Jahren. Daher ist das untere Treppenhaus noch nicht renoviert. Die Treppen sind sehr steil, darauf wird in der Beschreibung jedoch hingewiesen.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief jederzeit freundlich und entgegenkommend per Telefon. Im Haus selbst wohnt der Sohn. Auch er stand für Anfragen zur Verfügung. Diese waren jedoch selten erforderlich.Alles in allem war die Unterkunft für anspruchsvolle Gäste rundum geeignet.

Gute Lage und gemütliche Wohnung

Vielen Dank. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.Wichtig zu wissen ist, das die 2 Treppen in die Wohnung sehr steil sind. Für ältere Besucher kann dies beschwerlich sein. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung zu 100% zu empfehlen.

Eine süsse Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung und wunderbarer Nähe zum Rhein

Final4 Handball Wochenende

Wir haben das Wochenende in Köln verbracht um in der Lanxess-Arena das Final4 Turnier zu besuchen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben topp modernisiert und für 4 Personen mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Im Kühlschrank standen div. Getränke zur Verfügung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Zur Straßenbahn Richtung Stadtzentrum ca. 8 Minuten Fußweg und in ca. 10/12 Minuten direkt in der Innenstadt. Das einzige Manko - zur FeWo im DG führen 2 ziemlich steile Treppen. Ansonsten Topp Empfehlung
