The apartment is located in the annex of Villa Luna and combines peaceful living with a central location near the beach—perfect for relaxing days by the sea any time of year.

Spanning approximately 51 square metres across 1.5 rooms, the apartment features a well-thought-out layout with bright, inviting living spaces. The combined living and sleeping area is generously sized and features a comfortable double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m with an open foot end. A large closet provides ample storage space, and a TV ensures entertainment. Adjacent to this is a light-filled loggia with a dining area and a cosy couch, which adds to the living comfort. A sleeper sofa with a sleeping surface of 1.40 m x 2.00 m is available as an extra bed for a child up to 12 years old.

A special highlight is the furnished terrace with a side view towards the beach promenade. Here you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and relax outdoors. The enclosed, fully equipped kitchen-dining area features a separate dining table as well as a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, making it easy to prepare your own meals.

The spacious, bright bathroom features a window, a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and an extra-wide vanity with plenty of counter space—ideal for longer stays. The holiday rental is suitable for couples, solo travellers, or families with one child and offers a cosy holiday home year-round.

To ensure a relaxing start, all beds are made upon arrival, towels are provided, and a basic supply of all essentials is available.
