Cosy ground-floor 2-room holiday apartment with a terrace facing east, just 150 metres from Boltenhagen Beach. You’ll be staying in a spacious apartment with a living area of 50 square metres, which can accommodate up to 4 people. The living/dining area is bright and spacious. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room that can serve as an additional sleeping area for 2 people. You’ll enjoy your meals at the dining table. A TV and a stereo system provide entertainment. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The separate bedroom features a double bed and a wardrobe. The attached bathroom with shower offers free use of a washing machine. If you bring bicycles, feel free to use the separate storage room. You can park your car in a reserved outdoor parking space near the house. This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-stocked supermarket and a bakery are just a few minutes’ walk away. You can easily walk to the town centre through the coastal forest in about 10 minutes.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
