Welcome to your spacious country chalet, a 4-bedroom farmhouse set on four beautiful acres with a rolling lawn, private woods, and a stream to explore. It's the perfect place to roam and reconnect with nature, just five minutes from town and Holiday Valley.

Inside, the rustic yet modern open-plan living area features two distinct living rooms. One offers serene views of the hillside for quiet relaxation, while the other includes a smart TV, games, and toys for kids.

The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a large dining table that comfortably seats twelve for memorable group meals.

Step outside to the patio to enjoy the fresh air. After a day of adventure, gather around the fire pit for stories under the stars or unwind in the private, six-person hot tub.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Four spacious bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom. The home includes two full bathtubs, ideal for families.

Work & Convenience: A dedicated workspace is available for remote work, and an in-unit washer/dryer is provided for your convenience.

Family-Friendly Amenities: We welcome families with a train table, a child-size dining table, a portable high chair, kids' dishes, a pack & play, and a baby gate on the first floor.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home and the surrounding four acres of property. You are welcome to explore the rolling lawn, private woods, and stream.

Arrival is seamless with keyless entry; a unique code for the front door will be provided two days before your stay.

Other things to note
Sleeping Arrangements: The three sofa beds are single-size folding beds, which are best suited for children. All standard linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Connectivity: The house has WiFi that is adequate for streaming movies and general use. However, cell phone service can be limited in the area.

We recommend enabling and using internet-based calling (like FaceTime or WiFi Calling) for guaranteed results.

Entertainment: Please note that the house does not have Cable TV. The smart TV allows you to log into your own streaming service accounts (e.g., Netflix, Hulu).
