The layout makes it easy to gather after a day at the beach, relax with a movie on the 75" smart TV, or simply enjoy each other's company. Fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen ensure you have all the conveniences of home, whether you're cooking family meals or enjoying a quiet night in.

Down the hall, the spacious primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Just off the same hallway, a second bedroom also features a queen bed and its own private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, perfect for couples or extended family. Two additional bedrooms are located just off the main living area, one with a queen bed and the other with a bunk bed and twin trundle underneath, making it a great space for kids. These bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.

Outside, the home truly shines. The covered area beneath the house features an inviting outdoor bar, plenty of storage, and covered parking. This home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

BEACH CREDIT
Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights include a valuable credit to use toward beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. The choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and include flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
