Conveniently located just minutes from Lynnwood City Center light rail, Alderwood Mall, and with easy access to Seattle, Everett, and Paine Field Airport.

While we’re happy to host your furry friend, we only allow 1 pet per stay and a pet fee may apply. We cannot accommodate pets over 45 pounds or pets that are not potty trained. Any pet-related damages or accidents inside the house will be the guest’s responsibility.

Please do not leave pets unattended. Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or disturbances to neighbors may result in being asked to vacate the property.

We had a wonderful stay. Omid and Anna got back with us immediately on the few questions we had. The home was stylish, high quality appliances and super clean. Murphy bed was very comfortable. Plenty of coffee pods provided. We would definitely stay again!!

This place was really great. Impressive design for a small space. Just perfect for our purposes. VERY clean and quiet. Big soaker tub was a huge plus!! Would definitely stay there again.

It was a lovely place, very clean and quiet. No complaints from us at all. The host was very responsive. The design was beautiful and the linens were all high quality. I especially loved the very soft, fluffy towels so much that I wanted to steal them! This was much nicer than staying in a hotel and we would definitely stay there again the next time we are in town. Thank you for the welcoming space!

Omid was very responsive and communicative. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The linens, bedding, kitchen amenities are all high quality. I was very impressed all the way around. The cost is a great value and far cheaper than local hotels and much nicer. I will definitely stay again the next time work or play requires me to overnight in the Lynnwood area.
