We loved this little cottage! Very comfortable, well set up with everything you need. Easy to get to and close to Kingston, but also located on a quiet lane, which is nice for walks. The host was very welcoming and responded quickly to any communication. We will definitely stay here again!
I wanted to take a moment to share my thoughts about our recent stay at the cottage. The place was exceptionally well appointed and had absolutely everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home during our visit. Our host was fantastic—always helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the experience even smoother. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.
The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Communication was amazing and we had all the information we needed for the location, amenities, and local spots! The cottage itself was beautiful, functional and comfortable with a fridge, stovetop, and toaster oven. There was also an assortment of coffee pods and tea available. We enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the future.
Only thing I have to say about it is I couldn’t figure out how to make the stove work but it was most likely used error lol. But otherwise amazing stay super clean super nice!
We had a wonderful time at the Kingston Cottage - just what we needed for a two night stay driven by a day of volunteer work with Puget Sound Water Keepers and the local tribe. We'd come over with our bikes from Seattle: the Cottage was about 7 miles from the Ferry/Downtown Kingston and 7 miles from the work site in beautiful Indianola. We were able to bring groceries back to use the lovely and abundantly provided for kitchen and to relax after long days. The bed was super comfy, the cottage overall clean and comfortable, the short walk to the beach to see the eagles and seals was fun, and Christine was the perfect host (her homemade muffins are delicious). We'd return for sure.....
We enjoyed our time at Kingston Cottage. Chris was an excellent host. Her communication was clear and simple for check in and took care of all of our needs during our stay. The cottage was super clean and the space was well designed with extra storage, a well-equipped kitchen, fresh linens, games, freshly baked cookies, reliable wifi, and it was super dog friendly. Chris loves dogs and it shows. She left dog treats that were healthy and the dogs loved them. There was a water bowl for them as well as an outside trash and bags for their waste. The neighborhood was excellent for walking our pups and the neighbors were friendly during our walks. The location was beautiful and the main house overlooks the sound. It was quiet and calm. At night you could hear an owl and the wind blow through the trees. An excellent location for spending time for our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately our time was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. Chris was kind and compassionate. She worked with us to plan a future visit. We will be back.
