Didn’t specify what unit we were in, 4 units to pick from all had door codes. Took us over an hour to actually get in. Host gave us the wrong code, had to spend an hour on the phone with some 3rd world country trying to get into my rental. After all that the bed was not a king, the hot tub was ice cold couldn’t get it to work or turn on. RENTAL HOST WOULD NOT ANSWER OR HELP! Hot tub was extremely gross and had literal debris in it low water (took videos). This was suppose to be a relaxing stay and this rental didn’t provide what it promised. I am requesting a refund.

Upon arrival, it was unsettling to see that the screen was off the door and set aside by the entrance. Then, we were unable to get into our apartment. We tried the code multiple times without success. I messaged the host twice with no response. I then called and it went straight to voicemail and I was unable to leave a message (voicemail box not set up). We left to get dinner and tried calling about an hour later. This time I was able to leave a voicemail. A few minutes later, the host texted with a different code to get into our apartment. This one did work, thankfully. Once inside, it was hot. There was one small fan in the bedroom but that was all. We opened the window for a while but there was no screen and we didn’t want to leave that open through the night. Also, the blinds were broken in the bedroom and there is no curtain so it was very bright. The floors were very dirty. Looks like they haven’t been mopped well in a long time. The sheets and bathroom towels were stained. Overall it provided a place for us to rest after a long day of travel, but I would not choose it again.
