House was clean and very nice. Location is a bit far out of town but we knew that going in. House does sleep quite a few and beds are super comfy. Seating is an issue for a house that sleeps 13. The only seating in the living room is the sectional sofa and seats 6 max. Could really use some additional seating. Will say bath towels were not the best quality but were nice and clean. Only mishaps were the toilet in the half bath downstairs had the water turned off when we arrived (by cleaning crew I’m told) and it ran constantly when turned on. I alerted the owners and they commented quickly and appreciated the notice and said they would fix it. The more pressing issue was the Keurig did not work so no coffee! Part of our crew went to get coffee but that was a trek from the house. Just be prepared there is not much out that direction. Outdoor seating is minimal on the back porch overall the place is really nice and well kept.

What a great place to stay!! We were in town for an event at the Expo Center and this house was perfect for us. Everything we needed to utilize the kitchen was provided and of good quality. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean and well stocked. When we have future events at the Expo Center, we will look to see if this house is available for our dates. Thank you Travis and Rachel for everything!
