This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Draper. With six bedrooms and a bunk rooom which includes 2 king bed, five queen beds, 2 twin beds with trundles, a sofa, a bunk bed (13 beds), guests will find plenty of space to relax. Four bathrooms offer both showers and a jetted bathtub for a touch of luxury. Two kitchens and two washer/dryers. Hot tub, outside gazebo seating. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re gathering for a family getaway or a group retreat, this awesome and enchanting space welcomes you with open arms. I grew up traveling and living all over the world as a military kid. I love Utah and have lived here for 20 plus years. I love the mountains, the canyons, lakes, and rivers. I love hiking and meeting new people and places.
Why they chose this property
I love this neighborhood being so close to easy paved walking trails, canyon hiking trails, and 30 minutes from the slopes. It's close to the airport and downtown, yet far enough out to spend a quiet evening on the deck and in the hot tub.
What makes this property unique
The home give lots of room to spread out for everyone. Lots of gathering spaces to bring everyone together, yet enough space to keep everyone sane. I love the deck, spending time enjoying a great meal off the grill or soaking in the hot tub. The 85 inch and 10 person dining table is outstanding for gathering and enjoying a movie or games. The enormous master suite is the bomb for me time, curl up in the bed or soak in the tub.
