You can't get much closer than this to the sand unless you are beachfront. This third row home offers an open floor plan with the living area overlooking the large heated pool. This coastal home provides a great gathering place for any family, girls trip, golf group or even a couple looking for privacy, and pets are allowed as well.

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out; it felt so comfortable the moment we walked in. The open kitchen was one of my favorite features and made it so easy for us to gather and spend time together.The location is fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach, and we really appreciated all the extras like the wagon, beach chairs, and towels. It made beach days effortless.Each bedroom having its own bathroom was such a luxury and worked perfectly for our group. And a special shoutout to the ping pong table!! It was a huge hit with my son! Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again.



Highly recommend!Once you enter this spacious home, you immediately see the pride of ownership throughout. Tastefully decorated with a coastal vibe, this home provides everything you need for a great Hilton Head Island vacation. The open concept living area features a large open kitchen, living area, dining table with seating for 8 and bar seats for another 4. The windows in the living area and adjacent conversation area, look out to the private swimming pool just outside the doors. Ample seating around the pool provides a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Two bedrooms on the main level and 3 bedrooms on the second level, with enough beds to accommodate your group up to 18. Four of the five bedrooms have their own attached ensuite for the ultimate privacy and ease getting ready to go and enjoy a night out



The first level of the home also features a main bedroom with a king-sized bed, attached ensuite with a tub/shower combo. A second bedroom on the first level has a queen-sized bed, smart TV, and is located just off the front entrance. At the top of the stairs to the second floor, you will find a loft area with seating and a flat screen TV providing a gathering spot away from the main living area and adjacent to the three upstairs bedrooms. The guest bedroom on the second level has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and attached ensuite with a walk-in shower. The bunk room is equipped with two twin-over-full bunk beds, each accompanied by a trundle bed beneath, and an attached ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The main bedroom on the 2nd floor features a king-sized bed, attached ensuite with a separate soaking tub and walk in shower, flat screen TV and a small private balcony overlooking the pool area.



But wait, there's more! The garage has room for four cars and has an additional living area with sofas, a large flatscreen TV and privacy doors for an option to getaway at your getaway. There is also a ping pong table for those competitive sorts that enjoy a little friendly competition.

There is no need to haul your beach gear to Hilton Head as we also provide 10 beach chairs, 10 beach towels and two beach carts to transport your gear to the beach. There is a gas grill out in the pool area and gas is included.



Bring your pet with you for an additional fee of $250 per pet, no additional deposit required.

The pool can be heated for an additional $100 to $150 per day, depending on the season and time of the year.
