Luxurious and Spacious "Villa María" with Terrace, Pool, Sea View and Wi-Fi

El Cuchillo ("The Knife"), a popular spot for paragliding and hang-gliding, is located on the edge of the El Jable semi-desert, a natural beauty with shifting sand dunes and wind-carved sedimentary rocks.

Quiet and close to nature, on the outskirts of the village, you will find the 250 m2 large holiday home "Villa María", built in Canarian style and furnished with great attention to detail. Each room has its own colour scheme and especially children will love to discover ever new and charming details.



The holiday home has a living room with an electric fireplace and an oversized TV with satellite reception, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, a fridge/freezer as well as a large dining counter with bar chairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed each, the other two with two single beds each, as well as 3 bathrooms with partly designer washbasins, wellness shower and whirlpool corner bath tub and offers space for 8 people.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, fans, a baby bed and a high chair. The Internet connection is suitable for working from home (25.17 mbps, ping 48 ms). Previous guests have worked without any problems.



Outside there is a private pool with sun terrace and sunbeds. For a fee and on request this pool can also be heated. There is also a covered terrace for the hot sunny hours. From the whole house and the garden you can enjoy the unforgettable view of the volcanic landscape and the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. A bricked outdoor grill is at your disposal for enjoyable barbecue evenings.



Restaurants you will find in a distance of about 2 to 2,5 km, in the next bigger village Tinajo (about 3,5 km away) there are several supermarkets and shopping facilities. In the village La Santa at the coast (approx. 6 km away) you will also find restaurants and shops. This coastal section is very popular with surfers.

You need about 18 minutes to the next beach (Playa de Famara), a golden sandy beach with a picturesque view, but also with strong wind and waves. To the quieter beaches on the east coast of Lanzarote you need about half an hour by car (25-30 km). This is also the time you need for the drive from/to the airport.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties and events are strictly forbidden.

This should be requested in advance (at least 3 days before the check-in) as it takes aprox. 62 hours for the pool to reach a good temperature.

The deposit will increase by 40% from the 3rd child.
