This unique villa has just been totally refurbished (Jan 2022). Modern villa and annex with flexible accommodation that is ideal for family and friends. There are 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms in the main villa and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in the Annex.All bedrooms have air conditioning (coin operated). Private gated swimming pool and jacuzzi with plenty of sunbathing areas. Built in barbecue area with ample seating for alfresco dining. There are three smaller private terraces to escape to, for those who want some peace and quiet. Great location just a 10 minute walk from
the centre of Puerto Del Carmen where you can find all local amenities including the main sandy beach, a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping centre. Local mini supermarket for all essentials a short stroll away. The new golf course at Tias is a 5 minute drive away and the old town and harbour are a 20 minute walk.

Fantastic villa in a fantastic location!We stayed for a week in Sept 2025 as a family of 11, 2 grandparents, our 2 daughters & husbands plus 5 grandchildren and there was more than enough space for all of us without ever feeling as if we were on top of each other.The finish inside the villa is top notch and there are so many different places and terraces to sit and unwind, it made for a fantastic break and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others how are looking for a larger style property this is still within walking distance of all the shops, bars and restaurants of PDC.Lynne was an excellent host, very quick to respond to any little detail which again was reassuring.Thanks for a 10/10 holiday!!

We booked this property so our family could spend some much needed time together, it was our daughters 40th . The villa was fantastic, well laid out and spacious with everything you could need. Lynne is a great host who is very attentive and easy to communicate with , we would highly recommend anybody to stay here, and hopefully we will be back soon 😊

Great villa in PDC for 12

Beautiful villa on the eye. Modern and spacious. Clean. Comfortable. 12 adults stayed here for a get together and to enjoy PDC. Strip is only a 7min walk away. Shop close by. Air con is a €1 for a hour. Pool could do with being larger but the grounds limit this. 3 twin rooms and 3 doubles. Shared bathroom on each floor. Recommend this place and we would stay here again.

Perfect for families or friends

We rented this villa for my 40th in March 2023. There were 9 of us and we didn't want the hassle of driving, and this villa and its location was perfect. Its a 5 minute walk to the front where all the shops and bars are, and it's quiet enough not to feel too busy or to be woken by late night revelers. Its 10 minutes from the airport so nice quick transfer. The pool was perfect, not too cold just right. The villa has been newly modernised and has everything you need for a group of you to enjoy. The hot tub is lovely for an evening relax and every bedroom has plenty of cupboard space. We would 100% come back. Air con is 1 euro an hour per floor so bear that in mind when booking. We found it fine, we put it on when needed, it was hot during the day but breezy enough that we only used it about 2 hours a day when getting ready for a night out. Lynn was very helpful and let us have an early check in and late check out, plus she came to help us with the keys. The villa is split into an annex with 2 bedrooms (double and twin) plus open plan livingroom and kitchen, and a hot tub bbq and washing facilities, then the main villa up some steps with is open concept livingroom kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms downstairs (double and twin) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (double and twin) each with balconies. You won't regret the booking with such close amenities plus the beautiful villa and pool.

Dit was werkelijk een fantastisch huis, heel schoon, alles is aanwezig. Wij waren met 9 personen en allemaal had je de mogelijkheid om even apart op een van de vele terrassen te zitten. Zwembad was ook heel fijn. Al met al een topweek gehad.

Fantastic holiday!!

Just returned home from a fantastic stay at Villa Deseo. We were a group of seven across three generations and two children. The villa is great, all mod cons, recently refurbished to a high spec and lots of areas to relax and catch the sun and enjoy the shade. The accommodation is very versatile as has a lovely self contained unit downstairs with a hot tub. The main villa is spacious with lovely pool, loads of sun loungers and felt very safe with young children as can be gated off. The host Lynne was really helpful and responsive, we’ll definitely be booking again!

The house has a perfect location, on walking distance from the beach (ca 5-10 minutes). Around the swimming pool, it was quite windy all the time, which made it less attractive to use it. The owners helped us when there was no electricity and water: they were very nice and involved. There are several terraces with the house: there is always at least one very nice to sit (looking at the sun, wind etc). The seperated part at the bottom of the house is nice to have some privacy, but is still in good contact with the rest. They told us they will renew a few things. That would improve the experience; now, some furniture and locks are a bit ramshackle. We really had a nice week here!

Haus dessen Inventar in die Jahre gekommen sit.

Das Objekt war in Ordnung, allerdings gehört das Inventar mal erneuert, vor allem der Herd in der Küche, der Kühlschrank und die Pfannen und Töpfe sahen nicht sehr einladend aus, auch die Badezimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Wir hatten es wiederholt, wenn geduscht wurde und gleichzeitig der Wasserkocher in der Küche angemacht wurde, dass die Hauptsicherung raus gegangen ist. Zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten stand im oberen Spülkasten der Toilette kein Wasser zur Verfügung.

A great stay

The villa was perfect for our needs. The outside spaces meant we could all spread out , and we appreciated that it was newly painted.and had lovely towels. The views from the master bedroom balcony were an added delight. The location was perfect for us as my sister had a property round the corner. Wi Fi as good if not better than at home excellent for the students who had essays to complete. The pool guys were discrete and friendly . Continued planned maintenance will help improve the villa, as with any property of this age it becomes almost constant from our experience !! The only real negative was the noisy compressors across the road , but we got used to that as with the taxi drivers zooming down the hill . A lovely stay, thank you for accommodating us

Our stay was fine location good, but villa very tired and therefore looking like it dirty and it prob not. Stayed in different villa the previous year same price but way ahead. This urgently needs TLC to bring back up to standard.

Very spacious

My band Tundra played at a number of venues in Puerto del Carmen and therefore the property had to accommodate 5 of us each with our own room. I am glad to say we were not disappointed. The pool was a welcome wind down and the sea front was only 10 minutes walk away. Lynne and her husband where very welcoming and as they also own a bar and restaurant on the front invited us to sample there delicious food. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

AVOID!!! IGNORED BY HOST!!! ANT INFESTATION!!! FILTHY!!!

Absolutely disgusted!!! I booked this property for my whole family and I have given them all refunds as I was so ashamed of booking this place! I asked the owner to part refund by was told no!!! There was no kettle or toaster in the annex- we had babies who heavily relied on needing sterile bottles. The host said she’d drop one off and one arrived a day before we left?? Absolutely shocking! There was an ant infestation in the annex and the owner said she’d bring ant spray....nothing was bought? The annex was unbearable heat, no fan in twin bedroom! We asked for fans and yet again .....nothing!!!! The place was filthy! The smell from the bathrooms was just unbearable, smelled of raw sewage? Broken beds with slats missing! Toilet broke! Filthy sheets! Ripped sheets! We all came home bitten to death and suspect bed bugs as we didn’t see any mosquitoes! The bites travelled and left a swollen line which when I investigated swayed to be more than likely “bed bug” bites. Pool freezing and was told it would be heated- babies were unable to use!!! I have never complained or left a bad review anywhere, but I have no choice but to do so on this horrendous occasion! The owner didn’t accommodate us, and we were totally ignored our whole holiday! We know the emails were received as the kettle got delivered a day before we left??? What good is that? Absolutely shocking inconsiderate and disrespectful! I feel responsible to my whole family and have decided to refund them all!! The owner knows this she disregards any trouble we have had! Please beware!!! There’s lots of much nicer properties around the area!!!

Bad communication and no working fans and surcharge for pool heating

The property itself is a great location and yes it's dated but that is not an issue. The annex was extreamly hot with 2 fans that did nothing. We did get given another 2 fans however just upgrading the current ones would help. The sheets were dirty on arrival and the internet did not work during our stay despite asking for help numerous occasions. Pool was Lovley but cold and when we requested it to be heated we were told there was a extra charge.....this is not listed in the advert for the property. The kitchen is well equipped and bed are comfortable. The annex door is extreamly temperamental and I note this has been commented on before. A few minor changes would help.

Lovely Villa in a perfect location, but creature comforts need replacing.

Villa is very spacious and in a brilliant location. I had read the reviews and noticed that a lot of people mentioned it needing a refurbishment. It certainly does, it also desperately needs new towels and bedding as they are very old. I feel that a little bit of money spent on the contents of this villa could massively improve it.

I fell in love with Lanzarote 33 years ago, and have been living on this paradise island ever since. I met my spanish husband here and we have 2 sons. We also have a family run bar restaurant called The Blue Marlin on the main strip of Puerto del Carmen. The things that made Lanzarote so attractive to me was the beautiful beaches, the amazing views, such a small Island but lots to see, plenty of fabulous restaurants at reasonable prices, the all year around climate, the friendly people, always feeling safe and at home on this amazing Island, what more could i ask for...

Why they chose this property

We chose our property because it was close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. ideal for holidaymakers, and no need to hire a car. It is spacious and can comfortable accommodate large families and groups, sleeping comfortable unto to 12 people, with plenty of space for those who like to have there own space to chill out. It has a pool, bbq area for alfresco dining. with having the villa and annex adjoined you have the advantage of having 2 kitchens, 2 lounges and 2 dining rooms and so you can all dine together or have your own space. Also plenty of terraces, areas for the sun worshipers and some shaded areas for those who like to keep out of the sun.

The villa is in a ideal location just a short walk to the main beach, restaurants, shops and bars, no need for a car.
