Ausgefallene Ferienwohnung mit Liebe zum Detail

Die Ferienwohnung besticht durch ihren besonderen Stil und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war mal etwas ganz anderes. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Haus war ruhig und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Nähe zu Grömitz und Timmendorf hat uns gut gefallen und auch nach Lübeck war es nicht allzu weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Royales Wohnen an der B501

Wir (mein Mann, ich und unsere erwachsene Tochter) haben unseren Corona-bedingten kurzen Urlaub in diesem großzügig gestalteten Apartment verbracht. Das Apartment verfügt über 2 äquivalent ausgestattete Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, sowie einem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche in der ersten Etage eines 5-6 Apartments enthaltenden Gebäudes. Alles sehr gepflegt, absolut neu, sehr aufwendig und liebevoll bis ins Detail im "royalen Stil" gestaltet. Etwas störend empfanden wir das Rauschen der B501, allerdings sind die Fenster sehr gut schall-isolierend. Die Gartenanlage ist absolut vielversprechend; sie umfasst weitere Gästehäuser des Vermieters. Derzeit ist der "Garten" sowie weitere Objekte noch im Werden - diesen Umstand hatten wir auf Basis des Inserats nicht erwartet und waren darum bei unserer Ankunft erstaunt auf Baufahrzeuge und Container zu treffen. Bautätigkeiten waren jedoch selten und wurden zeitlich mit uns abgestimmt, störten darum nicht mittelbar. Das WLAN wollte anfangs nicht, wurde aber prompt vom Vermieter repariert. Der Vermieter bietet den Verleih von Fahrrädern und E-Bikes gegen Vergütung an, allerdings ist die Anzahl der E-Bikes (2 Stück) sehr begrenzt und konnte somit von "uns 3" nicht genutzt werden. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass zusätzlich zu dem ausgepriesenen Betrag für die Unterkunft Kosten für Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung und Vermittlungsgebühr durch FEWO erhoben werden (das haben wir erst während des Buchungsverlaufs gesehen). Zusammengefasst: Empfehlenswert für Jeden, der gerne mal im gepflegt royalen Stil wohnen möchte.
