The holiday apartment features high-quality, modern furnishings. With a size of 65 square metres, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, silverware, and other kitchen utensils). The living area is furnished with a dining table, chairs, a sofa, and a flat-screen satellite TV. The bathroom features a shower and an exclusive whirlpool tub. The apartment’s balcony is marked with an arrow on the cover photo. The balcony features a cosy seating area. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Parking is free. We look forward to welcoming you! A 20% deposit is due at the time of booking. Check-in from 4:00 PM to midnight; check-out by 10:00 AM. Key pickup: Key safe. Pets are allowed (5.00 EUR per day/pet). Cot available upon request. Hot tub can be booked for an additional fee of 30.00 EUR per day, with a minimum charge of 90.00 EUR.
