Sehr zentrale LageEinrichtung ist nicht gut gepflegt: Die Jalousien hängen, der große Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht, der sehr kleine Ersatz ist für die mögliche Belegung unzureichend; ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett hat kein Fenster und nur eine Jalousieschiebetür, die aber immer offen bleiben muss. Soonst wird die Luft knapp! Zu wenig bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten
The apartment is not fancy. It reminded me of my first apartment out of college - you know, furnished with odds & ends. Nevertheless, it had everything we needed, all of the appliances and fixtures worked, and the location was very convenient. There are really good restaurants and practical stores (grocer, drugstore) within easy walking distance. The streetcar and rail station are also within easy walking distance, and provide easy access to the rest of the city. The one thing I would recommend to the owner is to fix the blinds -- it would be nice to be able to tilt the slats open and let a little sunlight in. :)
Close to everything but nice and quiet. 3rd floor flat easily accessible thanks to lift.
However kitchen could have been better equipped. Instructions manuals for example for the oven or the TV would have been a help.The 2nd bedroom was a bit small with a door that didn't close very easily. And the quilts were very thin.
L'appartement est biren situé, pas loin du centre et près du métro. Mais on sent que tout est fait pour gagner de l'argent et en dépenser le minimum. Il manque cruellement de maintenance (lit qui grince tellement qu'aucune des personnes dans la chambre triple ne peut dormir, stores, lumières, étagères cassées, dessus de canapé troué, 2 plaques électriques ne fonctionnent pas, vaisselle totalement insuffisante, dépareillée et ébréchée, linge de lit vieux et pas impeccable, aucune étagère dans les placards pour ranger les vêtements, machine à laver n'essore plus, aucun étendoir pour étendre le linge...) .Le propriétaire a eu une super réaction suite à nos remarques et a dit vouloir s'en occuper très vite
