Tasteful vacation apartment near the sea

Located in a quiet residential area of the small village of Kornic, about a 15-minute walk from the beach, is the charming two-story "Feigenbaum" holiday rental. Two large terraces—one bathed in sunshine, the other shaded by the porch—invite you to relax and enjoy your stay. The apartment is located in a semi-detached house; my mother also lives in the house (separate entrance). Parking is available. On the ground floor, you’ll find the large shaded terrace, the kitchen with indoor dining area, and the bathroom with a shower and toilet. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with the large sun-drenched terrace and the smaller one with a small shaded balcony. There is also a small laundry room with a sink on the second floor.

The apartment stands out for its tasteful furnishings and high-quality amenities. The small village of Kornic is quietly nestled in the hills above Punat Bay. The holiday rental is located in my mother’s house but is physically separate. Guests arriving from around mid-August will enjoy an almost unlimited supply of fresh figs.
