With 3 large bedrooms and two living spaces, there is plenty of room to spread out! The 3rd floor features a wet bar, space to hang out and a 900 sq ft rooftop patio. Parking is right by the unit (in front or the back).

Stayed at this beautiful home in Des Moines while my mother-in-law and I were in town for my son’s college baseball games. The house was perfect. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully set up. It felt comfortable the minute we walked in. Everything worked exactly as it should and the check-in process was seamless. The location made getting around easy. We’d absolutely stay here again.
