Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds as is.
Log out of personal accounts on Smart TV.
Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
Turn AC to 76 degrees in May-Sept or 68 Degrees in October-April if the heat is on.
Dirty towels can go in the laundry bins in master closet or beside the washer. Hang any wet towels on the hooks or over the shower curtain
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
