There are three separate bedrooms with double bed or two single beds. The lovingly furnished living room flows into the open kitchen with dining area. From the living area you can access the spacious terrace with high-quality garden furniture and beach chair. Enjoy your first coffee in the morning in the wind-protected beach chair.



In the upper hallway area there is a cozy reading corner with bookcase, here you can choose books for your vacation or leave read books for the next vacationers. In the luxurious bathroom upstairs you can relax wonderfully after a long day at the beach. Here you will find a floor-level shower, a spacious whirlpool tub and a sauna (from October 2020) with a relaxation area behind it.



Groß Schwansee is a high-quality vacation resort with numerous sophisticated vacation properties and a district of Kalkhorst. You will find numerous tourist providers in the community. The place is surrounded by two nature reserves, which may be visited. You will find one of the numerous fine sandy Baltic Sea beaches in 500 m distance. Travemünde as a tourist highlight is around the corner, Lübeck is easily reachable in 45 minutes.
