While the condo has been enjoyed by guests in the past, it is new under our professional management, ensuring a well-maintained, reliable, and high-quality experience. With beautiful water views and unbeatable walkability to the beach and Florabama, this condo is ideal for couples or small groups looking to enjoy the coast without needing to drive everywhere.



Inside, the space feels bright and inviting with an open layout and tasteful finishes throughout. The king-size bed provides a comfortable place to recharge, while the sofa sleeper allows the unit to accommodate up to four guests with ease. The living area is perfect for relaxing after a beach day, whether you’re watching TV or enjoying a quiet evening indoors.



Step out onto the private outdoor deck to take in the water views—an ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the coastal atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, snacks, or beach-day fuel, making longer stays comfortable and convenient.

House Rules & Verification

We take guest safety and security seriously. To finalize your booking, you must complete a quick online check-in through our guest portal, which includes:

• Rental agreement

• ID verification

• Either a refundable $1,000 security hold or a $50 non-refundable damage waiver (for stays under 10 nights)

Parking & Boat/Trailer Rules (Important)



• Each unit is issued two (2) parking passes maximum, and all vehicles must display a parking pass at all times while on the property.

• Boats, trailers, and boat storage are not permitted in the parking lot at any time per HOA rules.

• If you are traveling with a boat or trailer, you must arrange off-site storage prior to arrival, as they cannot enter or remain on the property.
