You’re just one minute from the SR-51, making it easy to reach anywhere in the Valley. A large neighborhood park is right around the corner, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and essentials nearby.
Waymo autonomous rides are available for pickup and drop-off in this area. Coverage is limited to Waymo’s service zones, but for guests familiar with Waymo, it can be a fun and convenient way to get around for select trips.
Getting Around:
North Phoenix is one of the most central locations in the city. You’re approximately:
• 20 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport
• 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale
• 15 minutes to Downtown Phoenix
