Set on 1.3 acres in a central North Phoenix location near golf, dining, and major freeways, the home features a massive private grass backyard, indoor pickleball and basketball, multiple living spaces, and six well-appointed bedrooms. Designed by a nationally recognized designer, this is a landmark stay built for comfort, flexibility, and unforgettable gatherings.



The Space:

This listing is for The Manor (main house) only.

The Manor functions as a fully private, standalone residence with its own entrances, outdoor spaces, and amenities.



Other accommodations exist elsewhere on the property, but they do not share access to The Manor, its backyard, or any of its indoor or outdoor spaces.

Waymo autonomous rides are available for pickup and drop-off in this area. Coverage is limited to Waymo’s service zones, but for guests familiar with Waymo, it can be a fun and convenient way to get around for select trips.



Getting Around:

North Phoenix is one of the most central locations in the city. You’re approximately:
