A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEATING: The pool can be heated during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. Pool heating is optional (as it is with most rentals) and available for $65/day with a 3-consecutive day minimum. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 1st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. STR-2025-002980

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please be sure gas key & back alley key are left on tray. Regarding food, if it’s unopened or not perishable, the cleaners will appreciate it. Please don’t leave fruits, opened snacks or cooked item
All ceiling fans, lights, TVs and exhaust fans must be switched off. Please double check before you depart. Close blinds and raise AC to 85 if it’s been running.
Do not pile up towels that are wet or damp. Please leave those hanging to dry on towel bars or drying rack. All other towels may be left in hampers.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We just listed this home & it has too many great features to encompass them all. A few of its remarkable amenities include its location, the fantastic/private/quiet lot that it is on, the way it opens up to the enormous backyard setting where you can dine, BBQ & enjoy our phenomenal Arizona weather. We will be building a pool between June 1-Aug 31, 2022 as we just opened this home for rental purposes (it had been owner occupied).
