The Istrian house is located in the small village of Rakalj, on the west coast of the bay of Rasa in south-eastern Istria. The place offers beautiful scenery and a sea with plenty of sunshine, far from the crowded tourist resorts.
A sunshade, a table and four chairs are available on the 12 m² terrace. The 100 m² garden offers plenty of space for the whole family. There are also two parking spaces.
The one-storey holiday home can accommodate four people. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 160x200 cm and a wardrobe. In the air-conditioned living and dining room with open kitchen you will find a double bed measuring 160x200 cm, a TV with satellite channels, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet and WC. WLAN internet access is also available.
The market and restaurants are 300 metres away. The beach is approximately 1.2 kilometres away. There are also several beautiful, secluded beaches that offer privacy. The surrounding area is rich in flora and fauna and therefore ideal for hikers and hunters. Or visit the cultural and historical attractions, such as the church of St Agnes.
For shared use with the neighbouring house on the same plot, there is a 25 m² swimming pool with sun loungers, parasol and seating, as well as a 70x50 cm stone barbecue for guest use. The garden plot can be separated by a 1.2 metre high movable fence, making the two sections completely independent. There is also plenty of space for children with play equipment.
