Beautiful and modern south-facing penthouse apartment located in a small complex with communal pool in Calahonda / Mijas Costa with huge 20 m2 terrace and panoramic sea views! Quiet but central location, only a 5 minutes´s drive away from the beach.

The property was situated in a secure location behind a steel gate. This was accessible with a remote fob or pass code. A spacious, very clean one bedroom apartment with access to a large private sun terrace. It had all the necessary amenities plus satellite tv, dishwasher, washing machine and aircon throughout.

Wonderful Apartment and stay

The apartment was brilliant just as photos and the large sunny balcony was much appreciated. Lovely and quick contact with Daniela and welcome goodies were very thoughtful. Lovely area and we will be back to explore further. We walked a lot and used the bus or taxis when we needed to . Everyone we met were so gracious and helpful.

Small apartment

Apartment was clean and tidy and outside area was amazing, let down only by broken umbrella. Had a couple of issues which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Daniella. Parking is an issue, especially if the block is full. Other that that enjoyable stay.

Many thanks for your rating, Christine. I just want to clarify something for any future guests who may be reading this, because parking is definitely not an issue in this community because this is a gated community with private off-road parking. There are only 38 apartments and there are parking spaces over 40 cars. Not a single time in all these years have I or any of my guests needed to park outside the community –there is always enough space to park; I’m sorry that it is not always possible to park right outside the front door (although many times it is), but the farthest you will ever need to park could be about 100 metres from the front door if the community were totally full. I just wanted to clarify this for future guests and thanks again for your booking!

1 week getaway

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Spain. The apartment was equipped with everything that you might need for your stay with detergent for the washing machine and cleaning products to beach towels for the loungers. It was nice to have plenty of crockery and cutlery so that you don't need to constantly reuse the same ones and a kitchen large enough to prepare meals without feeling cramped. The outside area is very private and quiet and the pool 1 minute away down the path. There are no loungers around the pool but that was not an issue for us. The view from the huge patio is beautiful and awnings provide a good amount of shade during the day.A car is needed to get into the surrounding towns and to the shops but there is plenty of free parking at the apartment. We didn't struggle to park once. Overall, a fantastic stay and would highly recommend!

Just relaxing

Older, but well positioned apartment in a small gated complex. Check-in process was very transparent. Apartment was in quite good condition, renovated bathroom and updated kitchen with a mix of appliances. There was a couple of small issues, but most of them was addressed by ourselves or with cooperation with the owner, Daniela. Please remaind other guests to leave the washer and dishwasher opened, so they can naturally dry and not to build-up anything inside.The highlight of the property is the terrace, which provides ample of private outdoor space.Would we come back ? Definitely. Daniela has a small gem in Calahonda and we enjoyed it very much.*****, for sure !!!

Wir hatten das Appartement im Dezember für 5 Wochen gemietet. Die phantastische Aussicht und die zentrale Lage für Ausflüge hat uns sehr gefallen.In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Angefangen von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zur Waschmaschine etc. Die Vermieterin Frau Wenk war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden deshalb das Appartement jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich eine tolle Ausgangsbasis für interessante Ausflüge und Besichtigungen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und modern. Die Terrasse ist richtig schön mit tollem Blick Richtung Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wogl gefühlt. Zu erwähnen ist noch, dass es sehr ruhig gelegen ist. Die Betreuung durch Fr. Wenk war sehr nett und aufmerksam!

Schöne FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Es waren wunderschöne Tage in diesem Appartement mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer. Eine wunderschöne große Terrasse. Man braucht aber ein Auto, da Supermärkte etc doch ein bisschen entfernt liegen. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt . Vielen Dank nochmals an unsere Gastgeberin, Frau Wenk. Bei unserer Ankunft abends war der Kühlschrank schon mit allem gefüllt,was man fürs Frühstück braucht. Sogar Wein und Bier standen für den ersten Abend bereit. Wir wollten noch zusätzlich Handtücher haben; dieser Wunsch wurde prompt erfüllt. Ein großes Lob an Frau Wenk, die uns die ganze Zeit sehr gut betreut hat. Insgesamt kann man diese kleine, aber feine FeWo nur weiterempfehlen.

Très bonne location idéalement située (avec voiture) dans une petite résidence très calme bien entretenue et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Appartement conforme à l'annonce très fonctionnel et très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse avec vue sur la mer. La piscine n'ouvre qu'a partir de Pâques ce qui n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce dommage . Il faut prendre obligatoirement sa voiture pour aller en ville , la mer est à 10 mn de voiture. Dans l'ensemble très bien
