• $100 Damage Insurance Fee covers up to $1500 in accidental damage (Accidents happen — we have you covered)
IMPORTANT NOTES
Elevator Modernization Project:
Please be aware that starting July 14, 2025, one of the elevators will be out of service for modernization. This upgrade involves updating the elevator cabs one at a time and is scheduled to last until July 2026. During the construction period, 2 elevators will remain in operation.
What to expect:
- Elevator wait times may be longer, especially during busy periods (e.g. check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 11 - 12 PM). Allow for extra time when using the elevator during your stay.
- Work will take place Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 4
PM (no work on certain holidays).
We appreciate your patience and understanding as the building upgrades its elevators to improve reliability and performance for everyone.

Hawaiʻi is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guests spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. The HOA does monthly pest control. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We make no guarantee that surrounding properties will be free from disturbances such as construction, traffic, or other guests. You are staying in a big city. These do not constitute a breach of this rental or any refund entitlement.
