Edgewater is a lakefront secluded and quiet house, excellent location and views.
Edgewater is an exceptional 200 ft of lakefront home with location near the end of the peninsula's southern shore with dramatic views of Mt. Konocti and some of the cleanest water on the lake. It is exceptionally private and quiet with all new furniture, decor, carpeting, and remodeling. Large master bedroom with freestanding tub and separate shower. Two other bedrooms with full beds and a full bathroom. The sun room with windows bringing the views indoor. The yard both front and back completely fenced in. Outdoor spa and furniture and lounges.
