Close to the many restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques on Main Street. The unit had everything I needed for a winter getaway including a beautiful pool.
The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location in Mesa and everything was easy and stress-free. Preston is a wonderful host. We’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, conveniently located. Parking not ideal but we made it work.
The property was grossly misrepresented and not at all what we expected. Upon arrival, there were people screaming at each other in the parking lot and an overwhelming smell of marijuana smoke saturating the air. The “dining within walking distance” was at best a Subway within two blocks of the dump. Overall, the property was nothing more than a rundown hotel that had been converted to low income housing and then listed on VRBO in an attempt to screw people over and make a buck on unrented units. My husband and I contacted host, Preston, to state that we WOULD NOT be staying there because we didn’t feel safe and didn’t feel the property was clean/sanitary, and expected a full refund due to the false advertising that drew us to book the property. We received an obviously pre-penned response indicating the contract was binding and a refund would not be possible. He also noted he “appreciated our understanding.” I replied twice, assuring Preston that we were not understanding of the situation and asking for contact information of his superior. Both times, he “empathized” with the situation and reiterated that nothing could be done via the contract. Both times, he refused to provide contact information for whomever he’saccountable to. Long story short, we will be pursuing the matter of reimbursement with our attorney.
We definitely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our plans. The host (Preston) was very friendly and made sure we did not have any issues during our time there.
