The place was not very clean the refrigerator was not clean at all there was no ice or ice maker. The area the house was located in was not the best.

We apologize that you did not enjoy your stay and only wish that this was mentioned during your stay so that we could address any issues. The refrigerator is extremely clean with a few permanent stains from use over time. Although there is not a ice maker we do provide ice trays. As far as this neighborhood, it is very quiet and family oriented so we are not sure what your definition of a "good" neighborhood might be. Again, we apologize that you did not enjoy your stay as we have received numerous 5 star reviews on other websites. Please be blessed.

Pros: the best thing about this place was affordability! Great value for the price.Cons: There were roaches and the washing machine was messed up. But I believe the roaches come from next door. There are traps for them so the problem is hopefully being taken care of. The bathroom door has a problem with the sink blocking it from opening.I did leave ice cube trays in the freezer though! I would stay here again.
