Apartement with stunning views over the mountains

Accommodation description:
This modern flat at 1036 m altitude offers a dream location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Enjoy Tyrolean hospitality and friendliness in a holiday home consisting of four houses and run by the same family for many generations. The property is an organic farm with several animals, including a beloved domestic pony. Children can even help out in the stables.

For winter sports enthusiasts, this is a lovely property to stay in. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the ski lift, which takes you to one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental. Here you can make beautiful ski tours from mountain hut to mountain hut, go tobogganing, cross-country skiing or, as a snowboarder, practice various disciplines in the fun parks. You can reach the slopes in 4 minutes by car, and a descent directly to the valley station is also possible on skis, but only if there is enough snow.

In summer, you will find peace and quiet here in the middle of unspoilt nature. Whether you go hiking or mountain biking, you will be amazed by the natural beauty around you

Wonderful Property! Great Views! Lovely hosts!

Wonderful property! Fresh milk, bread and eggs available upon request which are great! The property is just below the gondela middlestation with around a 10 minute walk there. Be aware of the steep hill to get to the property, although the views from the balcony are well worth it! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Eine sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht Brötchenservice, wenn man möchte (außerdem Milchprodukte, frische Eier usw.) Zur Piste sind es knapp 900 m mit einem eigenen Parkplatz. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und haben immer ein offenes Ohr. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (14 und 16 Jahre alt) im Skiurlaub. Wir kommen super gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Brandenburg

Wir hatten eine tolle auf dem Bauernhof! Die Wohnung "Apartment 3" ist klein aber fein, der Brötchendienst ist super und die Kinder hatten die Möglichkeit mit in den Stall zu gehen, Tiere zu füttern und einiges lernen. Zur Piste kommt man zu Fuß und wenn genügend Schnee liegt, kann man sogar bis fast vor die Haustür fahren. Das Skigebiet hat viele Angebote für Kinder, kostenlos. Sehr gerne wieder!

Familie Friesinger ist sehr nett und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat wieder sehr viel Spaß gemacht auf den schönen sauberen Bauernhof. Wir haben viel erfahren über den Betrieb von der Landwirtschaft und Ferienbetrieb dazu ein schnapsel und Brotzeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Ferienwohnung war in ein tadellosen sehr sauber ern Zustand. Alles was man benötigt war vorhanden. Der Brötchen service war auch sehr schön. Und der Ausblick zum Kaiser und Bergdockter Haus mega. 😃

Bei der Anreise bitte beachten, dass man nicht den Anweisungen des Navi folgt, denn dieses führt einen falsch über einen Waldweg, der nicht befahren werden darf. Eine einfache, aber gepflegte Wohnung, sauber und mit allem, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal Pech, das erste Mal waren wir ganz alleine dort und nun waren alle Wohnungen belegt, auch über uns. Das hat uns ziemlich gestört, da es sich um zwei Familien mit beschäftigten Kindern und Großeltern handelte. Stundenlang (bis spät in die Nacht) hämmerten sie auf den Boden und knallten Türen zu. Natürlich können wir es den Mietern nicht verdenken, aber für uns war es ein ziemlicher Rückschlag, weil es ziemlich laut war.
