🌟 Welcome to Unit 106 — a cozy 432 sq. ft. efficiency condo located on the second floor of Building #1 at Executive Keys in Port Aransas 🏡
🌿 Enjoy a private balcony with peaceful courtyard views. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen 🍳 with dining area, a Queen bed, and a futon—ideal for a relaxing coastal stay.
🚿 The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a seat for added comfort.
🏊 The pool is just a 2-minute walk, and the beach is only 5 minutes away 🏖️
⚠️ Please note: There is no elevator in Building #1.
HOUSE RULES
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we`ll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. Please note that parking is first come, first served, as there is no assigned parking. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. Pet Friendly (Fees do apply, 2 Pets Maximum)
**Some New Wave properties have exterior cameras to help ensure the safety of both guests and homeowners**
