Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all personal items, food, drink and all trash. Put all trash in bags and place out on the front porch for pick up.
Strip all beds of linens. Collect all towels and place everything in the laundry room.
Load dishwasher.
Make sure all lights are off, windows and doors locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
