Situated in a beautiful location on the outskirts of town, our holiday rental offers you the perfect place to unwind...<br><br>The holiday rental is located in Odershausen, the largest district of Bad Wildungen, in a quiet spot on the outskirts—right next to the forest and surrounded by woods and meadows. <br>The town centre of Bad Wildungen and the Reinhardshausen spa resort are each about 5 km away, making them just a few minutes’ drive away. <br>The Bad Zwesten spa resort is about 9 km away. The Edersee holiday region is about 17 km away and can be easily reached by car in 20–25 minutes.<br><br>The Kitchen: The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker + Senseo pad machine, microwave with grill function, blender, kettle, toaster, and plenty of dishes and cutlery. It also includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Extendable dining table with 4 chairs and a high chair if needed.<br> Dishwasher tablets, tea towels, dishcloths, a sponge, dish soap, various cleaning supplies, and paper towels are provided free of charge.<br><br>The Balcony: The apartment features a small but charming balcony accessible from the kitchen. Seating is provided there. <br><br>The Terrace: There is a terrace in front of the house—a table, chairs, and a grill are available and may be used freely.<br><br>The Living Room: The living room features a 42-inch TV, a radio with Bluetooth, and a Wii console with various games. Board games, card games, and other party games, as well as books, are available. If there are more than 4 guests, the sofa can be pulled out to serve as a sleeper sofa.<br><br>The bathroom: The bathroom has a shower. <br>Towels and a hair dryer are provided. Toilet paper and hand soap are provided in ample quantities at no extra charge. There is also a washing machine.<br><br>The bedroom: The apartment has one bedroom with a large double bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed. - Sleeping arrangements for 2 additional guests: a fold-out sofa bed in the living room.<br><br>The living room, bedroom (with double bed), and kitchen are equipped with exterior roller shades. <br>The other bedroom (with bunk bed) has a blackout shade (skylight).<br><br>A basement storage room for bicycles can be made available free of charge upon request.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi is provided. <br>Pets and parties/events are not permitted here. <br>There is a parking space for your car right next to the holiday rental.<br>Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. <br><br>If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.
