Tranquilo - Dripping Springs Farmhouse w. Heated Saltwater Pool, Sauna & Hot Tub

Welcome to Tranquilo.

Set on a peaceful stretch of Dripping Springs land under a dark sky ordinance, this farmhouse was made for slowing down. Long views over the hill country. Star-filled nights. A large heated saltwater pool, glass-front sauna, and wood-burning spruce hot tub for unwinding at any hour with friends & family.

The home sleeps nine and includes four bedrooms plus an upstairs office off the master suite with an additional twin daybed. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, and three twin beds — all Tempur-Pedic with TVs, linen bedding and soft percale sheets.

Two full bathrooms — one upstairs, one down. The primary bath includes a shower and soaking tub, while the downstairs bath includes a walk-in shower. Both are stocked with Tranquilo branded robes, Parachute towels and upscale bath products.

The home is climate-controlled year-round and includes thoughtful essentials throughout: healthy snacks, breakfast provisions, refreshing beverages available for purchase, and a bottle of wine or sparkling nonalcoholic option upon arrival. The fridge can also be stocked upon request. There’s a quiet office for working — and quieter places for not working at all.

By request and pending availability, we can also arrange tours of the on-site bee colony, in-home massages and facials in the treatment room, as well as a sound bath and in-home chef/catering for your group. A complementary jar of Tranquilo branded honey from the land will also be provided if available. We know you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, and are available throughout your stay for anything you need.
