Pool was warm but dirty on arrival. Advertised as heated pool but had to pay 500 extra. Took 3 days for someone to come clean and never returned. Did not see chemicals being checked. Hot tub was dirty and no chemicals added. Had scum around edge and suds about 4 inch high when jets turned on. Overall cleanliness of outside area was poor. Bedroom and bathroom area adequate but living room and dining area too small. Pictures on line made place look better than it actually was. Maintanence person that came for elevator was helpful and came on a Sunday. I feel that I deserve some kind of refund because of pool and hot tub being so dirty. Not sure I could recommend using Thomas reality to anyone that asked.

I’m very sorry for the condition of the pool and hot tub upon your arrival, as well as the delays you experienced in getting the pool properly serviced. That is certainly not the level of cleanliness or follow-through we expect to provide. I do want to confirm that we have issued a full refund of the $500 pool heating fee you paid. While the pool was heated, it’s clear that the overall condition and maintenance of both the pool and hot tub did not meet expectations, and I completely understand your frustration. I’m glad to hear that our maintenance technician was able to assist you promptly with the elevator, even on a Sunday, but I regret that the rest of your experience did not reflect that same level of service. Your comments regarding the outdoor areas and overall presentation of the property are being taken seriously and will be addressed with our team to ensure improvements are made. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify where we need to do better. I’m very sorry we fell short during your stay and hope we may have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
