Enjoy the view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains from this spacious penthouse condo in the new North Building at Grand Lodge on Peak 7! This luxurious condo consists of a large 1 BR/1BA main suite unit (with full kitchen, dining room and living room) that is connected to another 1BR/1BA studio unit (with living room & mini kitchen), combined will sleep up to 8 adults. The main living room has soaring windows overlooking the mountains, a cozy gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, queen pull-out sleeper sofa and a private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops and everything you’ll need for cooking and entertaining. The adjacent dining room is perfect for sit-down dinners or playing games, etc. The studio unit has a kitchenette and sitting area that is also equipped with a queen pull-out sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. Both main suites have king size beds and large flat screen TVs with connected full bathrooms. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided in the condo.

Grand Lodge is a ski-in/ski-out resort, conveniently located at the base of Peak 7. With this rental, you’ll get two indoor ski lockers with walk-out (direct) access to the Independence Super Chair lift, which allows you access to peaks 7, 8, 9, 10 and now peak 6, which just opened last year! There are slopes and terrain for all levels of skiing across five majestic peaks, terrain parks & half pipes. There is an on-site ski rental shop and professionally trained staff to help you choose the best equipment for your family & friends.

Although this rental is fully equipped to prepare all meals in your condo, Grand Lodge has the Sevens Restaurant, located just off the lobby, if you want to eat-out. Access to the public gondola is only yards away, which will bring you into downtown Breckenridge for other restaurants or shopping destinations. Grand Lodge also offers free shuttle service to and from anywhere in Breckenridge.

You’ll want to hang out in the resort’s incredible grand lobby, with its two story fireplace, majestic wood beamed ceiling and expansive windows overlooking the pool, hot tubs and mountains, as well as a full service wet bar and piano lounge.

Amenities at the Grand Lodge are incredible and include: Well equipped fitness room; adult-only indoor grotto with whirlpool, steam room and sauna; indoor-outdoor pools and hot tubs; kids’ game room and play area; four private movie theaters (available by reservation).
