This upscale two bedroom/three bathroom mountain side villa is only available on one night, Friday January 2, 2026 and checking out on Saturday January 3, 2026. No other dates are available. Please do not submit any offer that includes any other dates. i only have this one night available. $750 for the one night.

Check in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM. These times are strictly enforced by the resort.

This is an upscale two bedroom and three bathroom villa in the main building of the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 resort in Breckenridge, Colorado. Check out the Grand Lodge on Peak 7’s website for more information and pictures of the property and accommodations.

Please note that no pets are allowed with this rental. The resort does not allow guests to have any pets stay in the villa. You will not be allowed to check-in if you have any pets with your group. There are no refunds if a VRBO renter violates this strict policy, so please be sure you’re aware of this condition before submitting any bids to rent out this two bedroom villa.

The villa is on the third floor of the main building and it’s centrally located within this excellent ski resort. The nearby elevators put you very close to the front desk/lobby, as well as the ski lockers, indoor parking garage, swimming pool, large exercise room, Soothe adult spa and Sevens restaurant. There’s also a small game room for kids in the lower level, along with a nearby day-use room that can be reserved through the front desk.

Overall, this excellent ski resort is a great place for families and friends to experience a true ski-in/ski-out experience at one of the most popular mountains (and ski town!!) in Colorado.

Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is full service resort located right at the bottom of Peak 7 and the Independence SuperChair high speed express lift. (See photos). Peak 7 has seven very long blue runs, all of which end up at the bottom of the Independence chairlift, as well as at the lodge’s many outdoor hot tubs, BBQ grills, and outdoor brick paver deck area.

Right next to the outdoor deck and hot tubs is the outdoor area of Sevens restaurant and bar. This is a very happening place to be on sunny ski days!!

You can also walk to the nearby (150 yards) gondola stop for either quick access to Peak 8 or you can ride the free gondola down into the town of Breckenridge. You can also ride it back up when you want to return to the lodge. The gondola only runs during the day; starting at around 8:30am and ending at about 5pm.

The resort also has a complimentary shuttle bus service that goes into town and back up to the lodge. The shuttle is easy to use and can be reached by telephone to make a reservation.

Peak 6 is Breck’s newest mountain and the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is the closet hotel to these more challenging blue and black ski runs and trails, including tree skiing. In total, Breckenridge has five peaks and Peak 7 is close to the middle.

Other major Colorado ski resorts that are nearby (within a 10 - 45 mile drive) include Vail, Copper Mountain, Beaver Creek and A Basin. There’s also tubing and sledding at the Frisco Adventure Park which is about 10 miles away. Snowmobiling, dog sleds, sleigh rides, and indoor and outdoor ice skating are all available within the town of Breckenridge, or nearby. The resort’s concierge has more information and brochures.

The two bedroom villa/unit has a full kitchen with dark wood cabinets and granite countertops. It includes a full size refrigerator, oven, stove top, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, tea pot, cook ware, a pot and pan, dinner and silverware, plates, glasses, coffee cups, utensils, etc. It also has a washing machine and dryer right inside the villa’s kitchen. Dishwashing soap and laundry detergent are provided, along with individual bags of coffee, tea and hot chocolate that you can make yourself. If you need a refill on these items, including new towels, linens and bedding/pillows, just call the front desk.

Next to the full kitchen is a dark wood dining room table for six and a living room with a large leather sofa/sleeper and one rocking chair. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 42" flat screen TV. There is a rectangular outdoor balcony which overlooks the BBQ grill area in the courtyard below and the balcony also has a side view of the mountains (see photos). In total, the two bedroom villa has four nice sized flat screen TVs. The second bedroom also has a small galley kitchen area, including a grill top, small refrigerator, dishes, glasses, utensils, and a microwave.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, a large dresser, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The Master bathroom includes a double vanity sink, granite tops, toilet, and a large whirlpool bath tub. There is a connecting bathroom (3rd bathroom in villa) which has its own vanity, toilet and full shower.

The second bedroom is in the studio portion of the villa and it has a queen size bed, a large dresser and nice sized closet, a flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. There are dehumidifiers in each bedroom. The second bedroom also has its own separate bathroom and shower, as well as its own small living room with a sofa/sleeper and a flat screen TV. As stated above, there is also a little galley kitchen area (kitchenette) including a small refrigerator, cook top, microwave and utensils in the second bedroom unit.

The lodge has a small convenience store next to the front desk, as well as a full service restaurant and bar (Sevens) which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

There is a large and spacious indoor ski locker room located very close to the chairlift. Two ski lockers are included with the rental, along with two indoor parking spots in the lodge’s indoor two level basement garage.

There are four small to medium sized movie theaters (8-12 people) at the resort and they can be reserved with the front desk before you arrive. (This is very popular and it’s first come first served in terms of making reservations). The concierge is located in the front lobby and can make reservations, as well as provide information and recommendations on nearby restaurants, winter activities, and night life.

Thanks for checking this place out. To me, the location can’t be beat and the resort is very nice, especially with the ski lockers, two indoor parking spots, a really good restaurant, bar, exercise room, many outdoor hot tubs and the indoor adult spa. I’ve rented it out to at least five different groups over the past few years and every person that rented it said they liked staying there.
