Best location! Stylish & Cool. Walk to Broadway and everything Downtown Nashville has to offer. The Bridgestone Arena, Ryman Auditorium, Titans stadium as well as The Country Music Hall of Fame are also within walking distance. The condo sleeps 6 with one king bed, one queen bed, and one queen leather pullout couch. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar. Two parking spaces are included - one is gated. Washer and dryer within the unit. Strong Wi-Fi with a 50-inch TV in the living area. Board games, cards and giant wall Scrabble for the relaxing days. French doors lead to a private balcony with seating. The famous Husk southern restaurant is steps away from the unit. For breakfast, walk to multiple coffee shops, The Diner and the famous Pancake Pantry (a Taylor Swift favorite)! The GOAT SOBRO is right around the corner and serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and has a full bar and some of the best hot chicken dishes in town. Take a five-minute walk to the East River, Riverfront Park, the pedestrian bridges and the Ascend Amphitheater. This condo is as good as it gets if you are coming to Nashville! Close to everything! No UBER needed!

We had an amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been better, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, which made the trip so easy and enjoyable. The place itself is adorable inside and had plenty of space for our group of six to stay comfortably. The host was also incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and stay a bit later to align with our flight schedules, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is absolutely the best stay ever! We will try to stay here every time we come to Nashville from now on. The host is INCREDIBLE. The location is perfect. The condo is clean and decorated so well. The beds are so comfortable and I NEVER say that. I'm very picky with my beds. I can't say enough good things about this place. It was about a 7 minute walk straight down to Broadway. Walking distance to many other restaurants. The hosts have thought of everything you could need. I can't praise their communication and kindness enough. 10000/10.

Brad was an great host, he answered my questions very promptly from pre-arrival all the way through departure. The interior decor was fun, and the location was nice as well. About a ten minute walk to Broadway. I would stay there again.
