This sunny 3-star vacation rental is located on the top floor of the building, right next to the Bitterbachschlucht Nature Reserve in Lauf an der Pegnitz, in the Nürnberger Land district of Middle Franconia. You can explore nature on numerous biking and hiking trails. Lauf, with its beautiful old town, is just a few minutes away by car or bus, and there are also quick connections to Nuremberg—including the old town, the trade fair, and the airport. The apartment is located in the attic, measures 55 square meters, and can accommodate up to 3 people. The spacious living and bedroom area features a double bed with an open footboard. A sofa arrangement with a TV, radio, and stereo system invites you to relax and can also be used as a sleeper sofa. The well-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Dishes and kitchen linens are provided. The naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a hair dryer. A travel crib is available and can be used free of charge, as can the Wi-Fi. Bed linens and towels are provided. There is a washing machine in the house, which can be used upon request and for a fee. A deposit of 100% may be charged after booking. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM or by telephone arrangement. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets (up to 2 dogs) are allowed for a fee of 5.00 EUR per day. A baby bed is available free of charge.
