All Decked Out is Located in the resort community of Point Venture. This lovely townhome offers a comfortable retreat with 3 bedrooms featuring a queen bed, king bed, 2 sets of bunk beds, and a sofa bed, plenty of space for everyone. The 3 bathrooms include a tub and shower. Hair dryers are available for use. Guests can enjoy a cozy stay thanks to air conditioning and heating. The 3 decks are a fantastic place to enjoy the view or a movie in the night air. If you are looking for a work out there is a fitness facility available for guest use. Don't miss the opportunity to play pickleball or tennis located just around the corner from the Townhome. Catch 9 holes on the golf course that runs through the neighborhood. Use the private boat ramp or rent one from the marina. Golf cart rental is located at the entrance to Point Venture just a few steps from 4th Quarter Bar and Grill with some of the best wings you will ever eat! We hope you’ll enjoy your stay at our clean and fresh townhome.

Please only strip the beds that were used. Gather towels and linens and place in a pile that is obvious for our cleaners. Load and start the dishwasher.

Bring the Projector in and leave it on the desk. Sign out of any streaming services that you signed into.

Feel free to take whatever was in the welcome basket, but please leave the basket. Lock the doors and send us a note that you have cleared the property so we can prepare the home for our next guests.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult on all decks at all times. No on the decks or inside, you can smoke out front if you need to.

Amazing property. The home was extremely clean. Everything that we needed was there. Location was perfect. We had so many deer everyday the kids just loved it. I would definitely recommend this home as a place to stay if you want to be close to the lake and close to all the activities that Austin has to offer. We had one question for the host and he responded immediately. Can't go wrong if you choose this home!!!!
