Escape to this tranquil beach house in picturesque Surfside Beach. That is located just 1/2 mile from the Beach and Private Beach Parking in the Gated Community of Oceanside Village. This three-bedroom home features a cozy full size bunk bed, a twin-size trundle bed, and two queen beds, where guests find plenty of space to relax, for your convenience pillows and linen are provided. The 2 1/2 bathrooms offer convenience and privacy; one is equipped with a tub and shower combination and the other a refreshing shower and handy hair dryer. The interior stays comfortable year-round thanks to two HVAC systems. There is also an outdoor completely enclosed shower useable weather permitting (May - October) located on a Private outdoor patio space behind the house. Step inside the house and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere that makes unwinding easy. We provide wireless internet and Xumo TV. TV’s are in each bedroom and living room. There are also two covered outdoor decks for your enjoyment. This is a NO Smoking and No Vaping allowed house. Pets or animals of any type are NOT allowed. The Village has numerous amenities (outdoor pool, water park, indoor pool, hot tubs located at both pools, playground, basketball, tennis, bocce, pickleball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, baseball/softball diamond and fishing) that you can used by you free of charge. All is in easy reach with the Golf Cart provided with the house. All golf cart drivers MUST have a valid driver’s license and golf cart is allowed only on Oceanside Village property and the Private Beach Parking lot. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted and any illegal parked vehicle are subject to towing, all applicable fines and fees are solely the responsibility of the vehicles owners. Come experience the magic of Surfside Beach and Garden City at our gorgeous beach home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Park Golf Cart in car port, is locked up and is being charged. Both sets of house keys and golf cart keys in top center drawer of chest of drawer located in the entrance hallway. All lights are off.
All trash must be in the trash dumpsters, no trash sticking out the top and lid must be completely down and pulled to top of driveway, not on the road when leaving.
All towels (bath, hand, dish, beach) and wash clothes washed, dried and returned to linen closest. Bed linen to be striped and left on floor beside beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No early check-in or late check-out allowed. Quiet time in the Village is between 11:00 pm until 8:00 am daily.
Golf carts allowed only in Village and Ocean parking lot. Operators need valid drivers license with them. No Golf carts on road 1:00 am until 5:00 am.
You're responsible for any lost house or golf cart key. Replacement cost is $15.00 per key. Renters responsible to keep the house clean as possible.
