We are a family of 5 from a suburb of Orlando, Florida. Our three teenage boys love the beach and sun! We love the idea of opening up our townhome so that others can enjoy what we believe to be the best kept secret in Florida, Ponce Inlet!
Why they chose this property
We chose Ponce Inlet because the town preserves so much land for parks and wildlife. For such a small town, there are acres and acres of public land to enjoy. The lighthouse is a short bike ride or walk from our home and we love exploring all the town has to offer. The Marine science center is a must see and the mom and pop restaurants draw visitors from all over. We enjoy the pickleball and basketball courts as well. There’s even a small farmers market at the community center on Sunday mornings. Our community is so welcoming and friendly. I often bump into the mayor on my morning walks. She is always interested in how we can improve and move forward.
What makes this property unique
There are a few townhome listings in Ponce inlet, but location matters!!! Our unit is on the VERY end, CLOSEST to the private walkover to the beach. Even on the busiest summer day our beach is quiet and sparse. It truly is an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of nearby Daytona and New Smyrna beach. If a quiet beach all to yourself just steps from your door is what you like, this is the property for you!
